    Hypnosis?

    Hypnosis is a highly effective tool that enables people to gain control over habits, thought & behavioral patterns which do not serve them well.  All hypnosis is self hypnosis that is performed strictly at the will of the client.  The hypnotic state is one of deep relaxation with a narrowed focus of attention.  

     

    During a hypnosis session, clients remain completely aware of their surroundings, maintain control over their behavior and are able to speak and answer questions.  Clients can choose to end a session at anytime.

     

    Hypnosis is a distinct profession which is now widely accepted as a complementary therapy to conventional methods to wellness.

    Lynne Spears, Certified Hypnotist, has been practicing hypnosis since 2016.  She is a Clayton native with an educational background in psychology, sociology & anthropology.  She is a graduate of Empire State College and Jefferson Community College.  She has a 30 year work history with NYS.
